By creating a Pawlist account or using the Pawlist web or mobile app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use Pawlist.
Pawlist is a task and project management app. It stores the tasks, projects, and settings you create, and optionally displays a virtual companion whose mood reflects your task-completion activity.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide a real, working email address — Pawlist does not currently verify email addresses at sign-up, but may in the future.
You own the task titles, notes, project names, and other content you create in Pawlist. You can export a copy of it at any time from Settings, and you can permanently delete your account and its data at any time, also from Settings.
If you connect Google Calendar, Pawlist writes your task due dates to your calendar. Pawlist Plus subscribers can additionally turn on auto-import in Settings, which reads new Google Calendar events and creates matching Pawlist tasks. You can disconnect the integration at any time in Settings; disconnecting removes Pawlist's access but does not delete events or tasks already created.
Pawlist Plus is an optional paid subscription that unlocks additional features — see Settings → Upgrade to Plus for current pricing and what's included. On the web, subscriptions are billed and managed through Stripe. On iOS and Android, subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store or Google Play respectively (via RevenueCat) and are also subject to those platforms' own billing terms. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before renewal. You can cancel any time — on the web from Settings → Manage subscription; on iOS/Android through your Apple ID or Google Play account subscription settings. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current period: you keep Pro access until the period you already paid for ends. If your subscription lapses or you downgrade, your existing data is not deleted — Pro-only features and higher limits simply stop applying going forward.
Don't use Pawlist to store or share unlawful content, attempt to disrupt the service, or access other users' accounts or data without authorization.
Pawlist is provided “as is.” We aim for high availability but don't currently guarantee an uptime SLA. We'll try to give notice before any planned downtime.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email before they take effect.
